2. Terms of use
By accessing or using soloq.xxx (the "Website"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the Website.
The Website shows sexually explicit content and is strictly reserved to adults (18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if it is higher). By entering, you confirm that you are an adult, that viewing such content is legal where you are, and that you do not let minors access it. Parental control tools (see jeprotegemonenfant.gouv.fr) can block this Website.
3. Content
SoloQ is a viewer : the videos and their metadata (tags, artists, scores) come from the public API of rule34.xxx, a third party website, and are streamed from its servers. SoloQ does not produce, upload or host these videos ; it selects, sorts and recommends them. The content is mostly fictional, drawn, animated or 3D rendered, and must depict adult characters only.
Content showing or suggesting minors, non consensual acts or any other illegal content is forbidden. SoloQ filters such tags automatically and moderates manually, but cannot review every video beforehand. As it produces no content, SoloQ keeps no 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records : where they apply, these records are kept by the producers of the content.
4. Report and takedown
To report illegal content, a video infringing your rights (copyright, image rights) or an inappropriate collection, write to contact@soloq.xxx with the link of the page, the reason of the report and, for a copyright claim, proof that you own the rights. Reported content is hidden from SoloQ as soon as possible, usually within 72 hours, and illegal content is reported to the authorities. To remove the file itself, also contact rule34.xxx.
5. Accounts, collections and follows
An account is personal and you are responsible for keeping your password secret. You can like, save, collect and follow videos, games, characters and artists. A public collection (Supporters) is visible to everyone : its name must describe its content and must not be insulting, illegal or misleading. Public collections are reviewed and can be refused, hidden or deleted at any time.
You must not use the Website for illegal purposes, harass anyone, scrape it massively, bypass its rate limits or attempt to compromise it. An account breaking these terms can be suspended or deleted.
6. Intellectual property
The videos belong to their authors : SoloQ credits the artists named in their tags and links to their sources. The SoloQ name, logo, design and code belong to the publisher. You must not reproduce or redistribute the content of the Website without the permission of its rights holders.
7. Supporters
Supporter memberships unlock extra features (public collections, "Watch all", higher limits). Payments are handled by Verotel (Netherlands), who acts as the seller of the subscription : it appears as Verotel on your statement, and SoloQ never sees your card details. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it (from your membership page or on supporters.soloq.xxx), the Supporter features staying on until the end of the paid period. As a digital service available immediately, the membership starts as soon as you buy it, and you then expressly waive the 14 days withdrawal right of the consumers of the European Union, as stated at the checkout. For any problem with a payment, write to contact@soloq.xxx.
8. Privacy policy
The publisher is the controller of your personal data. SoloQ collects as little as possible and never sells it.
- Account : username, password (stored hashed, never readable), dates of registration and last login, country guessed from your IP address at registration (by the geoplugin.net service, the IP address itself is not stored), your Supporter subscription (plan, state, dates and the sale reference of Verotel, never your card). Basis : the contract (your account). Kept until you delete the account.
- Activity : likes, saves, collections, follows, hidden videos and the history of the last 2000 videos watched or skipped, used to recommend videos to you. Without an account, this history stays in your session and expires with it. Basis : the contract. Kept until you delete them or the account.
- Statistics : pages visited, counted per day with an anonymous visitor identifier (a hash of your IP address and of the day, which cannot be reversed nor linked across days) ; viewing events (video, action, time) without any identifier ; the server logs (IP address, page, browser), kept 8 weeks for security. Basis : legitimate interest (security, quality of the recommendations). Daily statistics kept 90 days.
- Security : request counters per IP address, to stop abuse ; they expire within minutes.
Newsletter : only if you subscribe on /newsletter and confirm by the link sent by email. SoloQ keeps your email address (and your username when you subscribed while logged in) to send you the newsletter, and nothing else : it is never shared nor sold. Every email holds a one click unsubscription link ; deleting your account erases it too.
Cookies and storage : only functional cookies, no advertising nor tracking. PHPSESSID (session), Token and AccountExists (login, 30 days), LevelAccessVerified (age confirmation, 30 days). The storage of your browser keeps your display preferences and your position in the feed. These cookies are strictly necessary to the service and need no consent.
Third parties : the videos and thumbnails are loaded from the servers of rule34.xxx, which receive your IP address like any website you visit. The illustrations of the games, characters and artists are downloaded by SoloQ from public sources (Wikipedia, Wikidata, Fandom, X, Bluesky, Patreon) and served by SoloQ : your browser does not contact these websites. Your data is stored by the host named above.
Your rights : you can access, correct, export and delete your data, object to its processing or restrict it. Most of it can be done from My data (deletion of the history, of the lists or of the whole account) ; for anything else, write to contact@soloq.xxx, answered within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
9. Liability
The Website is provided as it is. SoloQ does its best to keep it available and to filter the content, but, within the limits allowed by the law, is not responsible for the content published on rule34.xxx, for interruptions of service, or for the use made of the Website by its visitors.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, please contact us first : most problems are solved by an email. Consumers can also turn to a consumer mediator. These terms can change : the date of the last update is shown on top of this page and important changes are announced on the Website.
